Master Working Capital Analysis

We built this program after spending years helping businesses understand their cash flow. Not theory from textbooks—actual techniques we use with South African companies every day.

Classes begin in June 2026. Small groups only, because these concepts need real discussion and hands-on practice with actual financial statements.

How It Works

Three focused modules that build on each other. You'll work with real company data from the start.

Foundation Module

Start with balance sheet fundamentals and current asset analysis. We cover receivables management and inventory evaluation using case studies from local manufacturing firms.

  • Financial statement interpretation
  • Current ratio calculations
  • Cash conversion cycles
  • Working capital metrics

Analysis Module

Learn to spot issues before they become problems. You'll analyze trends, compare industry benchmarks, and identify efficiency gaps in actual business scenarios.

  • Trend analysis techniques
  • Industry comparisons
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Risk assessment methods

Application Module

Build recommendations that businesses can actually use. Your final project involves analyzing a real company and presenting findings to business owners.

  • Strategy development
  • Client presentations
  • Implementation planning
  • Performance monitoring
